01 · Us and why we exist

If ad production stalls so does growth. We exist to fix that.

at scale
£4m+

£40m+

£1–10m

Why we exist

You need more Meta ads.

Brands that struggle to scale have a content production problem, not a budget problem. To grow, you need 30–50 new ads a month: a broad range of genuinely different ads, each speaking to a clear audience niche, so Meta always has something new to scale.

To make sure you’re making enough, we charge on a commission basis. A retainer pays the same for five ads as for fifty. Commission means we’re always incentivised to make more, and better, until we find winners.

01Uncapped productionNo limit on the ads we make. We keep producing until we find winners.
02Clear pricing10% of revenue tracked in-app on Meta + Google. Trackable daily.
03A partner, not a providerIf the ads don’t perform, we both lose. Your goals are our goals.

Four services, one job: more ads that work

Services · Meta AdsMore ads = more revenue

01 · Strategy + audience personas

Clearly defined audience personas and niches: the outcome each persona wants, the problem they’re trying to solve, and how your product addresses both.

  • Persona and niche definition
  • Two positions per persona: problem and outcome
  • Product purpose mapped to each
  • Angle bank that briefs the ad types
02 · Management + media buying

Meta’s AI targeting has a tendency to put spend behind ads that don’t generate the right results. Our media buying works with it, not against it.

  • Structured testing cycles for every new wave of ads
  • Retargeting cycles that still work, and still get budget
  • Daily optimisation of spend behind the right ads
  • Contribution-margin modelling before budgets are set
03 · Tracking + reporting

Robust server-side tracking and GTM, plus an independent attribution platform, so you see the full picture of how a customer becomes one.

  • Server-side event tracking and GTM setup
  • Customer lifecycle and pathway reporting
  • Per-channel contribution, not platform-claimed
  • Results independently verified
+1,000%Glaze Cup · YoY sales growth and a first £25k month, on a retargeting-led structure

Services · Google AdsThe right products, at the right margin

01 · Audience + product mapping

Understanding what you sell, what margin you sell it at, and the most profitable way to use Performance Max, brand search and paid search for each product group.

  • Products segmented by margin and sales velocity
  • PMax, Shopping, brand and non-brand search, each with a job
  • New vs existing customer strategy
  • Daily bid optimisation
02 · Feed optimisation

Getting into the back end of Google Merchant Center so the feed itself does the targeting.

  • Merchant Center audit and clean-up
  • Title, attribute and category optimisation
  • Supplemental feeds and custom labels by margin
  • Enhanced conversion tracking
03 · 360° attribution for Google

Whether Google is driving incrementality and new customers, or converting people who were already going to buy.

  • Google’s true contribution alongside Meta
  • New customers vs brand-search converters
  • Incrementality reads by campaign type
  • Weekly reporting on the numbers that matter
4.39×Happy Camp3r · Google ROAS, with 118% YoY growth across Meta + Google

Services · Scaled creative productionUnlimited ad production that either works or you don’t pay

01 · Planning

Personas, positions and product purpose from the strategy work become the brief for every ad, so volume never turns into noise.

  • 5–6 personas × 2 positions
  • Hooks, angles and scripts per position
  • Storyboards and creator briefs
02 · Ten ad types

Every position is produced across ten structurally different formats, which is where 20, 40, 60 ads in a short space of time comes from.

  • Show don’t tell, output benefit, solution problem, peer to peer, founder story
  • Objection, us vs them, offer, challenge value, social proof
  • Your asset library turned into ads
03 · Production at scale

Image, video, UGC and our own video creation through a team of 25+ editors around the world, scaling up for a sprint and down between them.

  • Editing, versioning and localisation
  • Creator sourcing and management
  • Creative performance review every sprint
100+Big Potato Games · unique video ads in a six-week sprint, generating £2.7m

Services · 360° customer attributionBetter insights. Better results.

01 · Independent verification

Not just the data Meta and Google give you. Independent third-party platforms check what the ads actually drove, so the results are ones you can stand behind.

  • Third-party attribution on every account
  • Platform-claimed vs verified, side by side
  • Per-channel contribution
02 · LTV + cohort analysis

Beyond ROAS and in-platform CPA: lifetime value, cohorts, and how customer value increases over time.

  • LTV by acquisition channel and cohort
  • Payback periods, not just first-order ROAS
  • Contribution margin, not revenue
03 · Go-to-market planning

Recommendations built on insight from every source we have, so the ads land on something that converts.

  • New product and new market launch plans
  • Website and landing page recommendations
  • Offer strategy

04 · Case studies

4 brands; £40m in revenue.

Case study · CabinZeroFirst £2m revenue year through scaled Meta + Google Ads

The situation
  • Cabin-sized travel backpacks with a thriving wholesale network, expanding into the UK, US, EU, Japan, Australia and Malaysia.
  • Meta had never become a dependable source of new customers: a handful of multi-benefit ads carried the account, and performance went when they fatigued.
  • Google leaned almost entirely on brand search.

“Their shift toward benefit-led creative and smarter campaign structure helped us scale internationally while maintaining profitability.”Neil · Founder, CabinZero

What we did, and what happened
  • Single-minded, problem-solving creative. One persona, one travel problem, one fix. Airline bag fees and packing capacity carried the account.
  • Scaled UGC and video, then localised the winners into six markets, including Japanese.
  • Regrouped Google by region and segmented products by margin.

Case study · Big Potato£2.7m in 6 weeks and #1 on Amazon rankings in UK and USA

The situation
  • Briefed on 1 November to find winning ads that could scale a £600k budget before Christmas, with Thanksgiving and Black Friday three weeks away.
  • One ad for Herd Mentality was driving real scale. Everything else fell short, and replicating the winner didn’t work.

“In just three weeks they delivered 100+ videos, each aligned to clear audience personas, that helped us test, learn and scale fast.”Nat · Content lead, Big Potato Games

What we did, and what happened
  • Niche-led concepts instead of iterating one winner, each with its own hook, angle and script.
  • Ads written around real scenarios: hosting Thanksgiving, the pre-Christmas dinner party.
  • Authentic gameplay, “ugly ads” and peer-to-peer UGC, 100+ unique videos across the sprint.

Case study · Chinti & Parker£2m in a quarter through the right creative and right offers

The situation
  • A luxury cashmere and knitwear brand with a strong name and exceptional return on brand search. Engaged in October, one quarter before Black Friday and Christmas.
  • Every product sat in a single Performance Max campaign; Meta leaned on high-production video that looked beautiful and did not acquire customers.

“They transformed the scaling potential of our Google and Meta Ads… with fantastic, double-digit ROAS.”Rachael · Founder, Chinti & Parker

What we did, and what happened
  • Segmented Google by product and margin, ring-fenced core lines, and split sale from full-price feeds.
  • Replaced high production with premium UGC that demonstrates the product rather than admiring it.
  • Creators matched to audience niches, with product-specific use cases.

Case study · Craft Gin Club200% increase in subscribers, on a product that only Meta Ads served

The situation
  • A new rum subscription launched alongside an established gin product. The brief: scale it without increasing media budget.
  • 90% of monthly Meta spend sat behind a single creative. Nothing to test new audiences with, and nothing to fall back on when it stopped working.

“Atomic Clock didn’t feel like an agency, they felt like true partners.”Olivia · Growth lead, Craft Gin Club

What we did, and what happened
  • Produced and tested 200+ distinct ads across angles, concepts and audience niches.
  • Built the offer around a comparison: a supermarket bottle versus a handpicked bottle, mixers, snacks and free delivery at the same price. It became the best-performing angle.
  • Bespoke landing pages and voucher codes per ad, for tracking down to the creative.

Pricing · the small printThe questions we get asked

  • How is the revenue tracked? In-app revenue in Meta and Google Ads Manager, attributed to the ads we’ve made, cross-checked against the third-party attribution platform. You see the same dashboard we do.
  • Does the commission ever change? It runs on a sliding scale, agreed up front: the rate comes down as spend increases, to help things stay profitable as you scale.
  • Why a minimum spend? Below it there isn’t enough budget to give forty ads a fair test, and commission on the revenue wouldn’t cover the production.
  • What do you need from us? Product, access to the ad accounts and Shopify, whatever asset library exists, and about two hours a month of a decision-maker’s time to approve sprints.
  • Am I locked in? No. Rolling with 30 days’ notice. The ads we’ve made are yours.
